James and Asal got married on a beautiful late summers day, at Mantells on the water, a quirky, classy and fun wedding venue in Auckland city centre.
Their wedding matched the venue perfectly, it was a gorgeous day, and the love James and Asal had for each other brought a tear to many eyes (mine included!!) After the ceremony, the newly-weds tied a length of rope into a reef knot - a knot that gets stronger the more it is pulled, and a symbol of their relationship. It fitted in perfectly with the harbour-side location, and really resonated with me as I was given a ring in the shape of the same knot by my Fiance!
After the ceremony, we went into Auckland city to get some photos of the Bride and Groom, and their bridal parties. Everyone was out enjoying the sun, and whooped and cheered as we all walked past.
It was a day over flowing with love, a cheeky groom, a breathtaking bride, lots of shots (tequila and photos!), and no shortage of laughter!x
